The monthly figure is the headline. The number that decides anything is what leaves your account across twelve months, so that is set out beside it rather than left for you to work out.
Each plan contains everything in the plan beneath it. Nothing is removed by choosing a smaller one.
The whole program, including the four categories that appear on no other plan. If dental is why you are here, this is the only plan that has it.
Elite only: dental · 24/7 telehealth · health advocacy · pet care
The broad middle. Everything in Preferred, plus physician and hospital discounts, chiropractic, diabetic supplies and caregiver support.
The everyday set, and the first plan to include vitamins and supplements. Everything in Essential, plus lab testing, imaging, mental health, equipment and alternative medicine.
Pharmacy, vision and hearing aids. Worth holding if prescriptions are the reason you are looking, and the cheapest way to find out whether the card earns its keep.
On Elite and Preferred it saves a reasonable amount. On Premier and Essential it saves $21.40 across an entire year — about six and nine percent. That is a real figure and it is not much.
If you want to commit for a stretch, the annual is where the saving actually lives. It takes Elite from $39.95 a month down to $24.92, which is less than the Preferred monthly rate for more than twice the categories. And if you would rather not commit at all, pay monthly — there is no penalty for it and no contract on any term.
Including the annual. Committing to a year buys a lower rate, not a lock-in.
No early termination fee and no retention script to sit through.
It works from the day it lands. There is nothing to activate.
If a plan is not earning its keep, change it rather than cancelling outright.
Join in any month. There is no window and no deadline.
Tell us what you actually spend on in a normal year and which state you are in. If the arithmetic says Essential, you will be told Essential — and if it says none of them, you will be told that.
